I would like to take the opportunity to memorialize my deepest appreciation for Stevens Creek Toyota, and particularly salesman Ford Schwartz. Ford was the most caring salesman I have ever dealt with, and catered to me because of an illness. There was no hassle, no bs, no games, just a good solid transaction.
This was by far the best experience I have ever had of the dozen or so new cars I have purchased. I can't understand all the negative reviews here, except to say you probably get back what you radiate out.
I love my Toyota and I would send any family member I have interested in one directly to Ford.
