You have to expect a long wait, even for an oil change. Came in here early in the morning on Superbowl Sunday. Nick Taylor wrote me up for my car. I wanted an oil change and the wait was 4 hours. They had donuts, bagels, and coffee in the waiting room but was pretty much gone by 8:30am. We brought our dog and walked around for awhile while waiting for the shuttle. They have a poop bag area with water and a fire hydrant. I love how they are dog friendly even though their was no bags, I see the gesture. The shuttle picked us up, with our dog on the seat :) and took us home.
They called us when our car was done but asked if we wanted some warranty work done which we agreed to. We went back because I had to grab something from my car and it was on accessory mode, I wonder for how long?! But I understand they get busy.
When they finished they called us at the time he said it'll take and we paid at the cashier.
For the most part it was a good experience, I wish the wait wasn't all day, but I guess if you buy Toyota your bound to wait!
