This is the second car I purchased from this dealership. My next car will also be purchased from here.
Had a mis-communication on what I wanted. Ray (sales rep) and Carlos (floor manager) worked with us to find a resolution that was mutually beneficial. This is a dealership that stands behind their customer service mantra and wants happy, returning customers. Steven's Creek Toyota is a family owned dealership with true family values. I can't recommend them enough.
PS - ask them about their awesome lease program. Great sales going on this weekend / week.
