Just got my third car in 3 years from this Toyota.
1st a brand new 2009 Prius which I LOVED. Sales and service was outstanding. Then a year and a half later, I totaled it , taking out 3 sections of a fence along San Tomas Expressway when I fell asleep at the wheel. Thanks to my guardian angel, I swerved to the right. If I'd swerved left, I wouldn't be writing this review. I didn't think I could afford another new Prius. I looked at certified used ones at the time, but there was nothing with the features I wanted.
2nd car: I ended up buying a 2010 Certified Pre-Owned Camry Hybrid. Again, sales and service were excellent, but for a variety of reasons, I just wasn't happy with this car. Drive was smooth, looked great, but low gas mileage for a hybrid and feeling it was just too big, I started thinking about how nice it would be to have a new Prius again. On 12.23.11, I brought the Camry in for it's 5,000 mi. check-up, saw the salesman (Alex, who has been sooooo nice to me), and ended up leaving the Camry there, and driving away with a new 2011 Prius. I'm so happy about the car, and how the dealership gave me a deal I felt I could comfortably afford. There are a few salesman there that I wouldn't be happy with, but the 2 I used were great!
