Wow- This place might be my favorite car dealership ever!!! Their service department is top notch. Here's what I like: Good communication, fast service, and donuts and coffee in the morning. I've had real problems with another local toyota dealership (ok,ok Capital Toyota if you must know), but so far I've only gotten great service from Stevens Creek Toyota.
My wife and I have had 5 different Toyotas in our lives and I was seriously considering dropping the brand until I found this dealership.
