I brought my 07 Camry, which I purchased new there, in for it's 35K service on Monday morning, I was approached right at 7:00 am by Rick and given great service.  He told me my car was also on the check up list for after the pedel recall and it would be done at 9:00 am.  I sat down and enjoyed the coffee and donuts they provide.  At 8:50 Rick came in and said it was finished.  We had talked about an issue I was having with a broken guard by my right rear tire, he quoted me the fix-it price or they could just remove it, I told him to remove it, in 20 more minutes, it was done, and they washed it as well.  I have NEVER had a problem with anyone there.  I will continue to return with my car as long as I own it.

My son and daughter in law just purchased two vehicles from Stevens Creek Toyota. A Corolla and a Rav4. The entire process, from sales to financing was excellent, far above my expectations. The price, value, treatment by the staff, and financing terms were fantastic. We have 9 Toyotas, all purchased from this dealer, dating back to 2002, a 4Runner, which I still own and drive to the snow, camping, mountain biking and other outdoor activities. All my service is done for every one of the vehicles at this shop, and none of us have ever had a problem with the courtesy of the staff or the workmanship or price. We love this dealer.

This review is for Ramsay (sales) and Perry (floor manager).  When I first called to ask about a particular model we were looking for, I asked if there was flexibility on pricing and Perry told me that numbers were the easy part as long as we found the car we liked. I figured it was typical tricky sales guy talk but he actually followed thru (after some negotiations of course). Ramsay was assigned to us, and was super patient and not pushy, letting us take turns test driving both used and new cars. We ended up buying the certified pre-owned, and Perry dropped the price over 10% to help us get out of there on budget. We've been really happy with our car so far and feel like we got a deal below KBB. Buying a car is really not easy because it's such a BIG purchase, but recommend these two guys if you're looking...they'll try their best to make it less painful

I am a bit disheartened to see that Stevens Creek Toyota has only 2 stars.
I just purchased a used Toyota Rav4 '08 and must say that I was satisfied with my purchasing/trade in experience. I have visited several other dealerships in recent weeks, done some internet research, and test drove 4 other SUVs before I chose what I ended up with. So when I went in there I was fairly narrowed down as to what I was looking for.
Alex Agudelo greeted us upon getting out of the car, but I didn't mind this because it is a large lot and I wanted to know where what I was looking for was located right away. He was very straight forward with us, but, I didn't feel, pushy. He asked the right questions and directed us to what we were looking for without giving me a...well, creepy feeling that I often get from car salesman. He was the nicest one I talked to, anyway.
Alex and Perry worked with me and my mother (who couldn't be there) over the phone and made a deal that we feel satisfied with (and our situation was a little complicated with trading in 2 cars, one sight unsee) . I didn't mind that Alex was willing to come to my house in south San Jose to finalize the papers on and take the other car at 9:30 at night. I thought it was nice of him actually and he had been helping us for several hours by then.
There is only one flaw about the car and that is a rear headrest is missing. Alex tried to correct this right away, but he could not find one. However, I have confidence that he will try to to come through for us.
Buying a car is always a gamble, but I hope I will be as happy with my Rav4 as I was with the experience of buying it.
Update: Well, there is an issue with the lights too, just thought I should mention. I have not contacted SCT yet so I don't know how they will handle it. Hopefully, in spite of all these not-so-good reviews, they will make it right.

I'm really shocked that this dealership has such a low yelp score. I arrived in the Service Drive and was greeted by Nate. Nate was extremely professional and helpful. I was extremely impressed with him.

This dealership has an incredible waiting room with an amazing fish tank. Thankfully they have WiFi, it allows me to write this review while I'm waiting for my car to be serviced.

Don't let the yelp score fool you this is  a great dealership and defiantly worth a try.

One last thing, they have complementary headphones in the waiting area...Great idea!!!

Okay I just purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra. This review is about my Sales experience and Alex Agudelo. He was made my buying experience very positive. I got a great deal. Alex made this experience about me. He asked what I wanted and he found it. He wasn't pushy or forceful...I would call him the Gentle Giant of car sales men.

Best experience buying a new car! We worked with Robert Jones and had
a great experience - he kept the process simple, fast and haggle-free.
He offered us the best deal in this area for a 2011 Prius (we searched
around for a while) and even helped us get an add-on for much less
than any of the other dealerships. Robert was very professional,
courteous and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend Stevens Creek
Toyota (especially over Toyota Sunnyvale - worst experience ever) to
any one interested in buying a car!

We bought a SUV yesterday 1-06-12 and were treated great by Alex Agudelo from whom we had previously purchased a vehicle and were very satisfied. We  also
were treated great by Joshua Burkey who worked with Alex on the sale. The whole staff at Stevens Creek Toyota are such wonderful people to work with. They do not pressure you in anyway and take their time to answer any questions you have no matter how long it may take. Alex and Josh are wonderful salesmen and make you feel so comfortable. The finance department does a great job of covering all bases and are very personable.We are so happy with are vehicle.

My wife and I have been looking for the new Sienna SE model for the past few months. Before, coming to Toyota Steven Creek with no luck to find the Sienna SE  the color and price that we wanted from other dealership. Amazing when we came to Toyota Steven Creek the sale representative was ready to to help us and listen to us what we were looking for and then took us the car lot to show us different Sienna Model and  option. My wife and I sat down with Rene Ingalla ( Floor Manager) , Alex and Frank Shaiki ( Sale Representative) and begin the price negotiation actually went very smoothly and both side agree to a reasonable price. Furthermore, We got
a good deal and didn't spend more time than I expected and we got a new Sienna SE and happy since. I would love to recommend to all my friend and relative to buy a car at Steven Creek Toyota in the near future. Once again thanks Rene, Alex and Frank.

Last night we purchased a 2012 Camry from Stevens Creek Toyota and it was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had.  We visited the dealership three times before returning to the dealership to make a purchase.  Each time the salesman, Alex, helped us and there was never any pressure from him.   We shopped prices at several dealerships in the South Bay area and ultimately Stevens Creek Toyota offered the lowest pricing.  Once we decided to make an offer on the car, Perry the manager streamlined the process.  We were in and out in less than an hour.  I would highly recommend Stevens Creek Toyota for your next car purchase.

I have to say I'm probably the most difficult customer there is: Didn't know what I wanted, penny pincher, and just okay credit. But the salesman, Ray, took all the time I needed to help me decide what vehicle was best for me (I decided on a Used Car, 2011 with 18k miles) and wasn't pushy at all. I went to many dealerships to compare types of vehicles, prices and overall value, warranty, etc. and came back several times. Each time Ray was patient and helped narrow the field.

Carlos, the floor manager, was awesome as well. He helped with the financing and when we stayed late working out details he  brought in home made tamales!! They were incredible!!  How great that he shared with his customers -- made us feel welcome and like we were part of the family.

Even financing was fast and painless. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. No pressure to buy more or upgrade anything, just simple and concise -- thank you Danny for that. The last thing I wanted was pressure from finance -- it was an exhausting process.

After visiting every dealership from Dublin to South San Jose -- Ray and Carlos are honest and up front, no pressure and good guys. Other dealerships flat out lied to my face, did anything possible to get my business whether it was honest or not.

If you want somewhere that is no pressure, honest and simply helpful to get your new (or used) car -- this is it. They won't force you into a Toyota -- I bought a Nissan and love it!!

Not too painful but a little long to get Paperwork completed!

Today was my second purchase at Stevens Creek Toyota.  The first was three years ago and was a painful experience but this one was much better.  I recently opened a daycare so was in the market for a much bigger car.  I was trading in my Corolla for a used Sienna.  I did my online research and was put in contact with Jason Xie.  He was informative and understood exactly my needs.  He answered my questions completely and did not try to sell me more than I wanted.  There were no surprises.  They gave me at or maybe even above Blue Book for my trade-in so I was happy.  But then the waiting game started.  I don't quite understand why the paperwork takes so long - especially when they weren't financing a loan.  My appointment with Jason was at 1:30; we were done with everything by 2:30 but I wasn't out of there until 5:00.  However, when I told him I was going to go out and grab a sandwich since I was starving, he ordered, picked up and delivered a very nice Subway lunch free of charge.  Buying a car is never easy but Jason did his best to make it pain free.  It is unfortunate that the paperwork and detailing takes so long.
