My Toyota Matrix recently stopped running and I had to have it towed to the dealership on Stevens Creek Blvd.  Once I got there, I worked with John Smith, and was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism. He was patient  with me, and explained all the options and steps that  we would have to take to fix the car.  Upon realizing that the problem with the car, had to do with the key, he showed me how to correct the issue. I left just a few minutes later, my car running, and because he showed us how to fix the problem, I didn't have to leave my car overnight for the diagnostic tests(or pay for said diagnostic tests).  I am extremely grateful for his help, and I suggest working John if you have a problem with your car.

I have received fantastic service from Stevens Creek Toyota.

I bought a new Prius and our salesperson, Ford, was extremely accomodating. We found a price that met our needs and I got the exact vehicle I wanted, with exactly the add-ons (and no more) that I was looking for. He was accessible the entire time and made it clear that I was free to contact him with any questions.

I ended up scraping my bumper and called Ford about it, because he had been so helpful with the purchase. He helped me figure what type of repair to get when I was freaking out about the quotes that the body shops had given me (I wasn't willing to replace the entire bumper for just a paint scratch, like the body shops were trying to get me to do for 1k!!).

The staff has been extremely helpful, always receptive to my needs. They even gave me a lift to a car rental place after I dropped off my car for repair.

I would definitely do business with them again but for now I love love love my new Prius.

I went for a service for my Toyota Camry last weekend. After I left the shop, I noticed my radio signal was weak. Later I found out the antenna was broken, but the shop was closed at that time. Fortunately the service manager Kenny sent an email asking about the service. I just mentioned this to him. He was kind enough to call me and left a voice mail for satisfaction guarantee regarding repairing. When I drove back on Tuesday, they replaced the antenna very quickly. No trouble at all. I'm very happy with their attitude.

The reason why I took off one star was related to the front desk. The lady at the front desk told me that the car would be washed automatically at the end of the service every time. I told her that was not my experience normally. After I got the car and found it was not washed, the service man drove it back to wash it out quickly.

My wife and I have little patience for the normal run around from car dealers when we are looking for a new car.  After spending an hour at the Honda dealer up the road, we were fairly set on buying a 2012 Civic.  Leaving the lot, I suggested we stop in at Stevens Creek Toyota to look at the 2012 Corolla.  We were greeted almost immediately by Adam Ibrahim.  Adam was pleasant, knowledgeble and efficient.  He quickly showed us all the color options for the Corolla, and talked easily regarding the available options, trim and pricing.  He stayed engaged without being pushy, and helpful when we were weighing our options.  In the end, we decided to purchase the Corolla, primarily due to the price, but in large part to the hassel free environment which Adam and the dealership provided.
In addition, the next morning, my wife felt we may have not been provided an additional cash discount and called the dealership.  Mike, the floor manager was very supportive, and quickly put my wife at ease committing to her satisfaction rather than to just sell a car.  Although it was not entirely clear if we in fact deserved the discount, new paperwork was written and we walked away with an additional $800.
We are very satisfied with our experience with SCT, and will/have recommended them to our friends.

Went in to trade in one of my cars. The car I picked out was out of my budget at the time. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise Anil sales rep and staff changed my purchase experience with a family felt welcome. My son and I picked out a truck that we both fell in love with...in a short amount of time, the vehicle was mine. Wont hesitate to purchase from again given the was of the transaction...even though I ass credit challenged....and my trade was less than desirable....they went beyond my expectations.

This review is based on the customer service that my husband and I received when we purchased our new 2012 Limited Highlander last weekend. To start we had narrowed our new vehicle choices down to either a honda pilot or a toyota highlander based on our research and we decided to hit up the Stevens creek toyota first to test drive the highlander first since we noticed a deal for 0% financing ( and we had a poor experience at the Honda Stevens creek a few years back).

So as we are getting out of our car approaching the lobby we are greeted by a friendly sales person name Franciso, he quickly inquired about the type of car we were interested and got us in a highlander for a test drive. He was not pushy at all and listed to want we really wanted. After test driving both the base model  and the limited model we decided that we would like to take a limited highlander home that day. So Francisco took us another lot to pick out just the car we wanted. After picking out the car, he went with us to our home in the new vehicle to pick up our car we wanted to trade in.

Next we me with Clement the fleets manager who again took all of our demands and needs into consideration. We never once felt pressured or like we were getting taken advantage of. I feel that we got a great price for our trade in and was extremely happy with the customer service provided. I again must reiterate everything we asked them for they did for us without hassel. Lastly we met with the finance person (I don't remember his name) and again low pressure and we left as happy customers (0% financing). Based on past car purchase experiences I was kind of dreading looking for a new care again. However I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service we received and I have been telling everyone at my work about it:)

Oh yeah the new highlander is great. I am 6'1 and had back surgery last year and normally have difficulty with being comfortable in vehicles. But I fit perfectly in the highlander. The heated seats and lumbar support are awesome. We also got the keyless entry and push to start and I love it so far. This is our first toyota and I must say that the quality of this SUV is great. Needless to say after this purchase I definitely think that I would choose toyota again and if I am still in the bay area I would definitely hit up the sales team who assisted my husband and I with this purchase...

Just bought a used Toyota from Stevens Creek.  They were fabulous.  Totally stress free - they even delivered the car up to me here in SF.  Easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had.  Highly recommended!!!!

I am new in San Jose moved from Kansas after living 37 years there. And have not seen a large auto dealership like Stevens Creek Toyota before. For my auto registration purpose at California DMV, I took my Toyota Sienna van to the dealer because it is very close from where I have moved in.
When I saw the size of the dealership facilities, I thought I made a wrong decision to bring my vehicle in such a large dealer because of fear that I may not be able to get as good or as friendly customers care like the one that I have been getting in Wichita, Kansas dealer, Eddy's Toyota. However, I am very happy to have been in the Stevens Creek Toyota because I found out that the size of dealership has nothing to do with a
quality of services in nice and friendly manner for the customers.
Very efficiently organized and operated and friendly services in timely manner made me extremely happy beyond my expectations. I hope they keep up their good work in
future.

5 Stars for Tommy in Sales.  Ask for Tommy if you want a sales rep that is easy to work with and works hard for you to find the car/truck you want for a good deal.  He went to bat for me pushing the sales manager to give me more for my trade-in, took a few hours of his time letting me test drive many trucks before I decided to buy a new Tacoma vs. a used one.   I also changed my mind 3 times on the color I wanted and finally decided on dark gray which they didn't have in stock.  He was very patient with me.  Tommy drove that same day all the way to the Sacramento Toyota dealership and drove my new grey Tacoma back for me.  Tommy also runs my truck through the carwash anytime I need a wash if I call him and he is free at the moment.  This is a nice perk!   Ask for Tommy!

I have been going to Stevens Creek Toyota since 2005 when I bought my Sienna from them.  From buying the car to having it serviced every 5,000 miles, I cannot say enough about my experiences. I am always treated fairly and professionally.  They always have time for my questions. My car is always ready when promised and is even cleaner than when I brought it in!   In 2010, I was faced with purchasing a smaller commuter car.  I didn't even consider anything other than Toyota because the service department is fabulous at Stevens Creek.  So, I purchased a Corolla from them and now take it in every 5,000 miles as well.
My experience has been so positive my brother recently bought a Tacoma from Stevens Creek and  visits the service department every 5,000 miles as well.  His girlfriend even takes her Solara to Stevens Creek for service.

Wonderful buying experience! Our sales guy Anil worked with my very specific budget and very specific requests and I left with a Tacoma and a smile! I had been looking for just the right truck for just the right price for a couple of months and was beginning to think it was just not going to be possible for me to get the truck I wanted and stay in my budget. We had been to several dealerships and had left frustrated and disappointed but not this time. After talking with Anil and Ray at Stevens Creek Toyota, they found me the right truck and we got an incredible deal! I would definitely recommend these guys for your next new or used vehicle purchase! Thanks!

we are new here. my husband and i made the decision too hurry when buying a preowned RAV4, and we found with this price we can buy a new car. so i decided to cancel the contract. although patrick and sunning(can't remember the name) work with us late that night, they are nice when we tell them to cancel the contract. they didn't charge us for any fees and patrick retuned the check to my apartment by himself. will choose them if i'd like to buy a toyota next time.

The best car buying experience I've ever had.  Dave was so patient, comparing new and used, making suggestions and basically answering every question we had honestly and thoughtfully. Gary's experience was  reassuring and he always told us right up front what would work and what wouldn't.   Danny in Finance knows his stuff.  By looking at my trade in, he knew I put a lot of miles on my car and was able to secure a 5 year/100k mile warranty and GAP protection AND a lower interest rate from the first pass to the final arrangement we went with.  Simply put, the best car buying experience we've ever had.  Thanks guys

Just bought a new Tacoma from Stevens Creek Toyota.  Got a great deal and had one of the easiest car buying experiences in my life.  I've bought over 10 new cars in my life so I have some experience with this.  I highly recommend you go ask for Alex, great salesman.

We called about a prius that we saw online. The call was routed to Alex Agudelo. Turns out after providing the stock # it was not from SC Toyota but SC Audi. Regardless, we gave Alex the specs that we were looking for...something comparable to the one we saw online and 10 minutes later he called us back after locating one within our specs. We drove down and checked it out. It was exactly what we were looking for. Alex was excellent and professional through the whole process. Not pushy at all. Very nice and most professional. I highly recommend doing business with him. My next Toyota will be sold by Alex!

UPDATE:  Today is March 13, 2013 and service
went from zero to 5 stars.  Talk to the service manager before Yelp.
Oil change misquote was based on 10K service which includes stuff I don't need.
$66.25 out the door including filter, 0W-20 synthetic oil and car wash.
