The experience buying a RAV4 from Anil of Stevens Creek Toyota on a Thursday night in November 2011 will be unfogettable in my life. You know how stressful it is to just pick up one car out of tens of brands, thousands of types and millions of models out there in the market used and new. It was more for me especially because I was just relocated to the US, knew almost nothing about cars, and got fuzzy about any decision-making processes with stresses from new environments, work and people. I visited Toyota on Kiely that Thursday evening when fed up with all the decisions I had to make and determined to buy anything and close this item --you have that moment. But it was Anil who walked  me through to the right decision after asking all important questions like family, commuting routes, and others not as a Sales person but as a consultant regarding me as a long-term customer (or a friend not met before). Recommending me RAV4, he and his boss Dan browsed through all Toyota inventories to find the best car they had in the whole Toyota Dealership although they had so many cars in their own yards. After spotting one -- 2 year of less than 20,000 miles blue--they drove out and checked every corner of Toyota dealership and all the alleys and streets to find it. You should have seen them how diligently they did it with their eyes sparkling and with a balloon in one hand. It was touching. It was a moment that I felt again that the world is still believing and trusting. I was not just buying a car. Later, Anil told me that Dan and he wanted to get me the best car they could have for me to know that I was treated well and had the best deal ever even when I was just two months-old in the US. Anil and Dan, I'm so much appreciated for what you did for me. I met angels at that night, not two car businessmen. Sorry that I could not write it earlier. No day passed without thininking about it. I was still too busy.  Guys, check it out yourself with Anil and Dan at Kiely. I strongly recommend you.
