Although I ended up not buying a new car after all, I simply want to take the time to mention how professional Robert Jones was with me. His well mannered easy going attitude and consistency in providing me with all the information I requested, earned HIM 5 stars. If you are looking for a hassle free experience when you are looking for a Toyota, look no more. Robert Jones is the man to go to. I will be back when I am ready to buy!
Far to often our society has focused on the negative, "The Evil Car dealership". So, we created this site to drive in the positive energy. The good things that happen during the purchase or servicing process at Stevens Creek Toyota and Stevens Creek Scion. If you planning go to Steven creek Toyota I will recommend to talk to Alex Agudelo.
He really take care of his customers, I said that cause We purchased a car where need to be some refinishing done. When we pick up the car was late a night so we did not noticed the finished was not completely to our satisfaction so next day we call Alex and told him we weren't satisfy so he told us if we could meet him at the dealer in 20 minutes. for our surprise that day was he day off and He went just for us. He took care of everything and next time when we pick up the car was excellent as we expected.

I've been taking my 07 toyota to Stevens Creek Toyota ever since I bought it new. They have always been honest with me and aren't over charging for services that I don't need. Recently took my truck in for 50K service and they called me to inform me that my front breaks only had 20% left on them. I've been having a slight shimmy at 55 mph for the last couple of years so I had them replace my front breaks. Well Shimmy is gone so I guess that I had a warped rotor. They washed my truck and they even gave me a 10% discount after I discovered that I had a coupon when I got home from the shop. Thanks again guys.

I had a bad experience with a cargo net I ordered for my moms highlander, I wrote a yelp review expressing my discontent and promptly got an email from a manger of some sort at Toyota apologizing and offering to make it up to me. Since then, they have sent me a check (that I'm currently waiting on) to attempt to correct any unpleasant feelings I have towards the Toyota dealership. It's nice to know that they care enough about their customers and image to offer to refund me my $ for my troubles so even though I'm still reluctant to go back I'm satisfied with the service they've provided in order to correct my bad experience.

I ordered a cargo net for my mothers highlander, one of the only things she wanted for Christmas so I ordered it on Dec 19th (Monday) they assured me it would be 'in' in 2 days, called back that Wednesday & they told me it hasn't shipped yet & it would hopefully arrive by Friday. I called back Friday, still hasn't shipped the guy put an express order but it wouldn't be in until the day after Christmas, called that Monday & they said it STILL had not been shipped, they said it would be here sometime the next week after New Years. So I said screw it, I guess I will just wait until that next week & if it doesn't come I am going to go in & return it. they FINALLY call me last Thursday January 5th and told me it had arrived. In total, it was about 2+ weeks of waiting for this stupid cargo net. I don't know what the hold up was & neither did they. In all honesty returning it & ordering it off amazon probably would have been cheaper & faster. I will NEVER buy something from the dealership again especially if the item isn't there. "2 days" my ass!

My son was in an accident recently and totaled my car. Thank goodness he walked away unscathed! So I was in the market for a car. My son drives a Toyota camry and loves it. I figured I would check them out. I stopped into Stevens Creek Toyota and found them most helpful. I saw the yelp reviews and dont agree with them at all. I came to this lot found a car I really liked. Alex ( & Gary ) was my salesman and he was great! No pressure, good attitude not pushy. I don't have the greatest credit in the world but it's not horrible either. I am happy with the down payment and monthly payments worked out for me. I have never had such an easy (& short time) buying a car ever! I was there less than 3 hours!!! Best of all since it's a Toyota my insurance only goes up 80 bucks for the year!! I would say if you are in the market for a Toyota you should give this dealership a chance. You may be pleasantly surprised just like I was!! Thank you Alex and Gary P. for all the help, you made my car buying experience painless.

The experience buying a RAV4 from Anil of Stevens Creek Toyota on a Thursday night in November 2011 will be unfogettable in my life. You know how stressful it is to just pick up one car out of tens of brands, thousands of types and millions of models out there in the market used and new. It was more for me especially because I was just relocated to the US, knew almost nothing about cars, and got fuzzy about any decision-making processes with stresses from new environments, work and people. I visited Toyota on Kiely that Thursday evening when fed up with all the decisions I had to make and determined to buy anything and close this item --you have that moment. But it was Anil who walked me through to the right decision after asking all important questions like family, commuting routes, and others not as a Sales person but as a consultant regarding me as a long-term customer (or a friend not met before). Recommending me RAV4, he and his boss Dan browsed through all Toyota inventories to find the best car they had in the whole Toyota Dealership although they had so many cars in their own yards. After spotting one -- 2 year of less than 20,000 miles blue--they drove out and checked every corner of Toyota dealership and all the alleys and streets to find it. You should have seen them how diligently they did it with their eyes sparkling and with a balloon in one hand. It was touching. It was a moment that I felt again that the world is still believing and trusting. I was not just buying a car. Later, Anil told me that Dan and he wanted to get me the best car they could have for me to know that I was treated well and had the best deal ever even when I was just two months-old in the US. Anil and Dan, I'm so much appreciated for what you did for me. I met angels at that night, not two car businessmen. Sorry that I could not write it earlier. No day passed without thininking about it. I was still too busy. Guys, check it out yourself with Anil and Dan at Kiely. I strongly recommend you.

Great Service Friendly knowledgeable people.......Kenny Rocks!
Super knowledgeable, very friendly and professional and efficient in getting my car checked in and on it's way to receiving whatever attention it needs.
I trust that he will make sure the work is done right and be completed on time, and keep me apprised of any unforeseen developments.
The parts department is also awesome, again very knowledgeable, friendly people who are willing to step out from behind the counter and come look if necessary to better understand what is needed.
Thank You! I will be back.

Kathleen V.'s review of Stevens Creek Toyota

I bought my 2011 Toyota Corolla S here back in June 2011. I have to say I had a great experience. I only waited this long to post a review because I recently had my service done and the experience with Randy was just as wonderful.
I was very hesitant about buying a new car, but I wanted to trade in my American car. So I searched and decided to buy a Toyota. I went to Stevens Creek Toyota and the sales associate Tommy was helpful and patient. He took my guest and I on 3 test drives and showed me all the special features that each different car had. He showed me different models and even took me to the the second dealership lot to double check if there was anything that was right for me there.
Tommy's manager was helpful also. They took my trade in American car and even entertained me with colorful jokes while we waited for the process. After a long day of choosing which car would be right for me (I started at Toytota in the early after noon and returned in the evening) the financing took less then an hour. The woman who helped me in finance was also so very polite and helpful.
My experience was so GREAT that I sent my mother and stepfather there to see Tommy a few months later! They got a Corolla also!

I would like to recognize and thank Stevens Creek Toyota for their customer service. I took my car in to have the driver's window repaired. It went down when I pulled up, and it went up when I pushed down. I was quoted a significant amount to repair, and I bit the bullet and agreed. Shortly after getting the car back, it was doing the same thing. I took the car back and was told it was actually another part, and just as expensive as the first repair. After a brief discussion, they agreed to fix it at no charge, as it was deemed misdiagnosed initially. I was expecting a fight, but logic won this battle. Thank you! (Especially Carlos...)
