My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received when buying our new Highlander. Amir Vafaie was a knowledgeable and helpful salesman who assisted in securing us a very good deal for our SUV. Ray Kandan handled our trade-in vehicles with ease and helped us to receive a fair price for our old vehicles. Overall our buying experience was excellent. The only reason I did not award a 5 rating was that we now have to return to the dealership to have our electric keys reset in order for the back hatch to close automatically.
