ReplyDeleteAfter the awful experiences at Piercey Toyota over the past few months, I knew it was time to go to someplace else. After research and talking with friends, I decided to brave Stevens Creek Toyota. They were AMAZING!!! No problems whatsoever. Easy to go in a get my Toyota Care Package taken care of and the service advisor was nice and cordial. He even showed me around the dealership and to their very nice waiting area.

Still great service! I went in today for a tire pressure check--seemed low--and was concerned there was a problem with the tire or wheel. As I briefly waited for my dedicated service advisor (the manager) to help me, I was greeted by the mechanic (dressed in grey uniform with red) to make sure I was being taken care of. Then, greeted by the manager--and while waiting for him to finish communication with another customer, I was greeted by a service tech that wasn't even helping me--but, as he passed me by, he made sure he smiled and seemed very happy to be doing his job today! It was such a pleasurable experience to be so well-greeted and I wasn't even there for a service that was a big money-maker for the dealership. What a refreshing experience to see happy employees.

The reason I kept going back to SC Toyota?! Kenny--one of the service techs there. I've been going to him since early 2000's. He treated me with respect and didn't down-talk me like a lot of service technicians/mechanic s do when speaking to a woman about a car. Rather, he approached me as a CUSTOMER...he listened and took care of my car needs in a very professional and educated manner. I went to Nissan for a couple of years while I owned a Nissan--and was happy that in 2008 when I returned with my beloved Toyota that Kenny was still there to be my dedicated service technician. Cheers to SC Toyota & Kenny for providing great service.

I had a great experience buying my wife's car at this Dealer, all the crew were always open to help and make the possible to close the deal.
I recently came to the US and the crew understood my situation and help go thru the whole process in a very smooth way.
This is what I call "putting the client first."

Amir was so awesome! He came all the way to Santa Cruz twice to shuttle us over the hill. He was very attentive to our needs. He worked hard to make special financing happen for us! You are rad amir! Thanks!

My new car was ready for it's first check up. The advisor,Shane Browne, was awesome. He was informative and helpful, even had my car cleaned. Keep up the good work Stevens Creek Toyota!

My new highlander is awesome. The dealership had the vehicle ready when I got there, gave me a great value for my trade and treated me better
than I expected. We will definitely use stevens Creek Toyota in the future.

I love Toyota, I bought a camry in 2009 n i just sold it today, All this time I never had a problem with this car n I wouldn't sell it if I wouldn't need the money.So when i was trying to sell it, it was this guy AMIR VAFAIE
from Toyota called me and helped me out to get the highest price for my car and I did. I think they deserve 5 stars for such a great customer service.

ReplyDeleteHad my Prius serviced last week. Kenny took excellent care of my car. There was no bull s---- upselling like I used to get at the Oakland Toyota dealership. I will be back and tell my friends to see Kenny.
