I was almost due for my 5k mi. maintnance checkup also but didnt expect them to have time to do it since they seemed pretty busy. I also had a small part on the front bumper that needed to be fixed. Eddie worked his magic and made sure everything was done and ready to go in less than an hour. Which in reality would have taken no less than 2 hours. Thanks Eddie for all the help. See u for my next 5k

They had the exact one that I wanted and they would not give up fighting for me to get it at the rate I deserved. They bought me lunch even. Offered me drinks. I was doted on constantly. The end result was I got everything I wanted. They did not pressure me one time into any extended warrantee as others have suggested. As for the service dept. it may take forever but they will get it done right. Let you know up front exactly what you are getting in to and wash your freakin car! They have comfy seats and coffee. Cheap vending machines. Shuttle service to all over. And if you make eye contact with anyone in the dept they ask if you need help and apologize for the wait. I have very high standards and expect the best and this Toyota Dealership is the best. I have a few friends that agree and have similar stories.

The sales team guys, JASON and ANIL, worked diligently to get me the best deal possible and were super nice and helpful. They weren't pushy like other sales people can be and advised me on the best cars they had with the best deals I could afford. My sister bought 2 cars with these guys' help earlier this year, so even though I live in Morgan Hill, I made the drive over there to Stevens Creek to see for myself if they could help me too, and sure enough, they did!
We showed up late, it was almost closing time, and they were like ,"No worries, no rush, whatever you need!" They even called the banker guy to come in after he had already gone home for the night, to help us out! Thanks banker guy! JASON and ANIL, thanks for all the help! Go see these guys if you want a great deal, trust me they'll do any and everything to help you out. Also, the woman in finance, DARLENE, she was very helpful too. THANKS STEVENS CREEK TOYOTA TEAM!! You guys have a repeat customer in me for sure!

As I drove on the lot of Stevens Creek Toyota I looked around to see what was on display and tried to avoid the salespeople until I had a chance to make up my mind on exactly what I wanted to do. The one salesman I did talk to, Mehdi, was a very nice and patient man who didn't pressure me. I liked that. I took his number and said I would get back with him when I was farther along in my research. As I compared costs of vehicles with other dealerships I found that Toyota was very fair. I went back to the dealership, asked for Mehdi and was very impressed with his knowledge, honesty and patience. He didn't come across as someone hiding something, but was candid. I felt at ease and asked him a lot of questions...many of which I already knew the answers, but asked anyway because I was testing his knowledge. Did I already say I was impressed? I decided to the trade my car in, for which I got a fair price and completed the deal. I am very happy with my pickup and would not hesitate recommending Stevens Creek Toyota to my friends.... and by the way, be sure to ask for Mehdi! Roger Y.

They offer a one-way shuttle from the dealership to wherever (what the range is, I'm not sure), and if you come early enough (at least on Saturdays) they have donuts and coffee! If you decide to wait, they have a waiting area with lots of tvs.
I never felt talked-down to or left out of the loop, and when they promised a time that my car would be done, they never missed it.

I came here to maintain my car. As far as that goes, they are pretty good.
