Francisco "Cisco" is pretty cool, showed us all the cars we need to look at, got a pretty cool deal. 0%APR for 60 month is a killing. We trade in our cars at the price that was pretty reasonable.

I just moved into the US and had to buy a new car - which wasnt my favorite thing to do.

I was lucky to meet Anil Francis.

He was extremely patient and really wanted to find the best car for ME and not the car he wanted to sell. He gave me lots of information and never pushed me to do my decision. So I had time to think everything through and am now a very satisfied owner of a new car.
Due to the extremely good experience with Anil I recommended him to one of my colleagues and I am very happy to hear that my colleague just bought a car from him.

Repeat Happy Reviews!

Have to love the repeat happy customers!

Once again Stevens Creek Toyota has proved that going to a dealership can pay off with both their expertise and amazing customer service.  When was the last time 'any' mechanic looked at your car to recreate an issue you are having and didn't charge you?  Randy Burstein in service did everything he could do to help me.  Having a car that had trouble turning over sporadically was tough to figure out.  After turning the car over for an afternoon (more than 70 times), the car would start like a charm.  He did NOT charge me and said he didn't want to suggest a repair until they KNEW exactly why it failed to turn over from time to time.  Then he suggested I leave the car while on vacation.  After a few days, it finally failed; an immediate call and fixed by the time I got back from vacation.

A month later, an unrelated problem with a loose wheel liner occurred.  I drove it straight to service;  Randy looked underneath my car, went to the mechanic, got a bolt and a tool and fixed it on the spot.  Again no charge.  I do not know anyone personally at this dealership, however I do know that they understand customer service...in an old fashioned way.  Thank you Stevens Creek Toyota for taking care of me and my 1998 Toyota 4-runner. (at 227,000 miles)

I have had three experiences with Stevens Creek Toyota over the past year and therefore I feel I can adequately offer a non-biased review.

My first experience last June occurred the afternoon before I was to drive to Cal Poly for my nephew's graduation.  I brought my car in with a water pump problem amongst other issues on a Friday at 5:00 p.m.  The service agent said he would have my car done by 10:00 a.m Saturday morning.  Not only was it ready at 9:00 a.m., but he charged me less than originally quoted.

Second experience was for a brake replacement 2 months ago.  They charged me less than two other estimates and had it done the same day.

Third experience was last week when I was told I had a transmission problem and had the car at a special 'transmission only' shop. (a negative review coming on that shop)  The other shop, couldn't quite diagnose the problem in a full day and requested to keep my car longer.  Needless to say I don't have days to wait while they 'try and figure out what is wrong'.  Stevens Creek Toyota took my car in at 7:00 p.m. one night and had the car repaired and running beautifully by 12:00 noon the next day.

After continuous warnings about dealership repairs I must disagree.  Not only are they professional, know their business, but understand the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE.  My service agent was David Hardin and he has been understanding and my personal car repair hero!

Thank you for the Posts!

We appreciate that our customers have taken the time to post reviews about their recent experience with Stevens Creek Toyota and Stevens Creek Scion. We feel the love. Thank you!
