NOTE: This review covers their Service Department:
I have been bringing my 2007 Toyota Camry here for service and the occasional repair for many years now and would love to put in a good word for them.
I have dealt with three people I can recall off the top of my head, Eddie Violante, Michael Snur, and Nick Taylor. I would highly recommend all three of them although Nick Taylor only works at the express lube station. Whenever I bring my car in they are friendly and accommodating. For all the reviews that call them impolite and short-tempered, these people are under a lot of pressure each day with the massive influx or cars sitting waiting for service or for those that are scheduled for one soon. What many deem as rude, I attribute to efficiency. If you're looking for someone to casually chat with, get out of a busy service department.
Every time I arrive, I wait no longer than 5 minutes before someone sticks their head out of a window asking me what I need and that someone will be with me ASAP. Regardless of how many customers they have waiting in line or whether or not they have an appointment, they make sure each and every one of them are at least greeted. When they do get started in processing my car, they always give me the best price they can offer without me needing to bring in coupons or internet deals. What more can you ask of a service visit?
As for their repairs, dealerships have been notorious for ripping off customers and many nickname them "stealerships" because of it. For the few times that I have had issues, Eddie would always patiently explain to me the problem, why I have to fix it, and how much it would cost, and if it would be covered under warranty. Just recently I had a problem with the CV boots of my car. I talked to Michael and Nick about it and was informed that because my car was lowered on aftermarket suspension, warranty would likely not cover it. Now this is completely understandable as any warranty agreement would be declared void due to aftermarket parts. However, they did a full examination and found that my parts did not cause the failure. Where many dealerships would automatically stop at the word aftermarket and charge me without a second look, this dealership went out of their way to make sure I wouldn't have to pay out of my pocket unless I absolutely needed to. (Dealerships make more money off of customer paid repairs rather than warranty repairs.) This is definitely not the stealerships I have heard of who try to gouge you for every penny. In fact, I had also informed them afterwards that I wouldn't be able to have the repairs done at their location because I'm driving back to school in Southern California in a couple days. This did not deter them one bit and they documented everything they found for me to relay to a dealership down in Socal. This really showed me that these people weren't there to try to make a quick buck off customers, but are genuinely trying to help. I can't recommend these people enough and have yet to meet a rude employee.
(Side note: While I was waiting for my complimentary shuttle back home while they examined my car, I had no less than 3 people ask me within a span of 10 minutes if I needed help with anything.)

I just bought a certified used Toyota Matrix from Stevens Creek Toyota.
This was the first place I went Anil, the salesman who helped me was great! He showed me right to a car I liked, listened to what I needed most and when I walked away not sure I was ready to purchase he gave me a follow up call, and was able to make the financing much more appealing to me.
The car is fantastic, and the service was too!

I've personally had one of the best experiences at Steven's Creek Toyota! Service was nothing less than fantastic. I worked with Anil Francis, and he was patient, informative, and understanding of my needs, and had excellent communication, and did his absolute best to match me up with the right car. I am 24 years old, and just moved to San Jose from the east coast, and desperately needed a car..being a first time car buyer in a totally new environment, I was extremely nervous about the process (I had not the slightest idea what I was doing!) and Anil went above and beyond his duty to make this the best experience for me. I couldn't be more satisfied! I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Nissan Versa and cannot wait to get acclimated into my new environment! I HIGHLY recommend Steven's Creek Toyota for stellar sales and service =)

The review are so mixed for this Toyota Dealership but I have never had an issue here. I called in to get my Rav4 serviced before going on vacation and they were able to set an appointment for me for the next day. I drove in about 9am, service lane with full of people but the service staff moved the through the crowd fast. The normal service guy I go to, Kenny, greeted me with a smile and made sure I was taken care of. I waited for my service and considering how many people that were waiting in the customer lounge, my service was completed on time within 2 hours.
I was grateful that they had wifi so I could do some work.

Ok, this is for the toyota location at 380 El Camino, (the lot that's directly across the street from burger king next to the AM/PM). It seems toyota's got more than one lot and I want to make sure these guys get the credit for it. I totalled by car and obviously needed a replacement, I called these guys up and explained by situation (didn't feel like going down there and waiting for hours) when I arrived ANIL already had picked out a few options based on some information I had given him. The very first car I drove was the one I bought. These guys were so understanding of my situation and made everything so easy even though I didn't have much for a down payment or stellar credit. Sorry that some of you had such a crappy experience but maybe they took your input and made some changes. Again, these guys are not at the big lot on the corner of Kiely & Stevens Creek, they were at the used car lot around the corner. RAY got me the financing that I needed and before I knew it I was on my way...how many people can say that about a car buying experience?? Trust me, if you need a quality car without the BS go see these guys. Thank you ANIL and RAY! You guys rock!!!

recently bought a new vehicle at Stevens Creek Toyota and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of Jason Xie and the rest of the staff. There was never any pressure, even the closer was easy going and low key. I have bought a number of vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant, respectful and courteous.

Both my wife and I were the market for new cars in March. Hers took priority, but she had a hard time figuring out what she wanted whereas I knew exactly what I wanted... a Taco with all the fixins. Given this we initially looked at trading her car in on the truck I wanted. We went to SCreek and were able to settle on a price the first night, but Andy and John had a hard time confirming if they could get it in the color I wanted. They did have my second choice. Rather than pressure me to buy from their inventory that night Andy actually proposed that we sleep on it and wait until he could guarantee it was on hand. So we did.
In the morning I came to the realization the scenario of me trading her car for a car I wanted to drive was a recipe that would lead to household issues. I would want to drive the car and it would leave my wife stuck with my current car, which she hates driving car as it's a stick. It was difficult to let it go, but common sense dictated that it wasn't smart to introduce this dynamic into the marriage.... and so we bought a car my wife liked. Since there weren't any Toyos she liked we bought elsewhere. I knew my turn would come.
Fast forward three months later my car was now fast approaching the 150 mile mark and Toyota had the truck on for 1.9% over 60 mths. We went back to Stevens Creek and met Ramsey this time. Again the color I wanted proved elusive, but he was willing to try. We asked them if they could locate our second color pick, but they were determined to find our first choice and did. After hammering things out we asked to have a night to sleep on it. I was pretty sure we were getting a good deal, but we wanted to get a couple other quotes so I spent the next day shopping rates and no one was willing to pull the truck from another dealership. So I pushed them to see how much of a deal they'd give me on my second choice color. None of them matched SCreek's pricing.
These guys get points because they worked hard to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. There really wanted us to have the truck we wanted. Ramsey gets extra points for taking us for a gourmet dinner while the car was getting detailed.

Yesterday, I took my Highlander into Stevens Creek Toyota because I had noticed that the rear plastic floor panel seemed detached. So, I took it to the Service Manager (Kenny) and without hesitation, he knew what was needed and verbally expressed to me what he was going to do. So, he immediately took my car back to the shop area and fixed it. I was in and out of there in minutes, without any issues/problems. Kenny was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of business--as I would expect from a "Service" department. Thank you SC Toyota and Kenny.

We received a call back from Anil who began to check the lot for the model and color we were looking for. We were already on the freeway so we stopped in. Anil was very courteous and not pushy. He showed us a Scion xB that matched the model and color we were asking, but it lacked the spoiler. Anil promised he could give us our asking price, and have the spoiler installed.
Anil delivered on his promise, and even got us better financing then we came to the dealership with. My wife got the car she wanted, and we are both happy with the outcome. Thanks Anil.
